The well equipped workshop has machinery to suit a whole range of skills and abilities . Sanding , drilling ,
circular saws , surfacers , bench jointer , bandsaws , scroll saws , mitre saws , routers , wood turning lathe ,
morticer. All you need to produce simple mortice and tenon joints or complex dovetailing. No job is too small and commissions are most welcome
John Jones is on hand to guide the machine operator and personal safety is the prime consideration . Where ever possible all tasks are undertaken and a job is usually on a start to finished item basis . Normally from the pallet to the final product gives the employee a chance to learn all the skills involved and even the best worker gets to make the coffee or sweep the floor at the end of the day.
Recent grants have made possible the purchase of improved machinery . Spindle moulder , a variety of chop saws , bench saw and band saw now help to keep the work flowing . With names like Sedgefield & DeWalt the quality and performance is most welcome .
John can now stop using his own personal tools in the workshop.
